My pencil doesn't works!!

Before anyone else points it out; yes, it is inspired by (or of you want to be a little harsher, ripped off from) Janry's Little Spirou. Saw the cover and had my little idea. Plus I just haven't a chance to draw in a while, so a sick-day from work got me an opportunity to see if my pencil still works... it didn't, so I had to use a ballpoint pen...

Snails draw faster...

That being said, here's another half page from my (hobby-project) "Jon Pay: Prizefighters & Knickerbockers". I do like how some of these panels came out. What you think? (All characters © & ™ C. A. Aabø 2009)

Job done!!

I finally finished a free-lance job I have been doing for... well, for WAY too long! It is for a book in the US and I am doing one illustration per chapter. Here is the last one. I like this one. I do not write them, I just draw them!! (Image is © and ™ 2009)

Still here!!

I could complain about being a grown-up and having a job and so on a so forth. Instead I'll just post this Jon Pay sketch VERY inspired by Isaac Sanchez' EL REGRESO DEL HOMBRE PEZ. Anybody know him, please pass on my thanks!!

Brown-coat or bounty hunter?

This is the reason I got no work done today. Started sketching at lunch and next thing I know, the day was done...
My "boss" thinks this character looks like she belongs in "Firefly" and that she looks like a bounty hunter. Who am I to argue?!?

Blast (or in this case, Boom) from the past!

This is an un-aired TV ad for a board-game I made the illustrations for a while back. The illustration is mine but I had nothing to do with the "animation". It is cheezy but I like it!! (Sorry, it's in Norwegian...)

Page 18

As I bragged about making head-way on "Jon Pay: Prizefighter & Knickerbockers" I figured I'd post the latest page to be penciled. Enjoy!!

Humna-humna!!

Found this sketch that I had forgotten about. Trying to pretend to be productive, so I figured I'd post it. Plus, I find it funny...

For those who know what I am talking about, work on "Prizefighters & Knickerbockers" is progress at a steady (and slightly faster than normal) pace.

Indiana Pay

Took my time but thanks to Iselanin words of encouragement I figured it was time to post again.
This is the result of having a pen handy while watching the Mummy 3.
